The Senior Val-Sim Engineer at Cummins Inc. in Columbus, IN, will focus on verifying and validating the functionality of products across various applications and environments. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or appropriate STEM field is required.
• Entry level/Early career professional status is preferred.
• Prior experience in a Product Validation or Simulation Analyst role is preferred.
• Project Management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools is preferred.

• Lead VM (Verification Method) and FLAG (Feedback Loop Assessment Group) project work.
• Identify and resolve simulation and test discrepancies following the FLAG 7-step process.
• Integrate improvement efforts from VM projects into global product development programs.
• Develop AI capabilities and implement them into the simulation and test integration process.
• Own problem resolution for moderately complex components and systems.
• Develop model requirements in Windchill RV&S.
