As a DFT Engineer at Rivian, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and deploying advanced Design-for-Test methodologies. You will collaborate with Front-end RTL Teams, Physical design teams, and Productization teams to ensure effective DFT insertion and verification. The role focuses on improving test coverage and driving test methodologies from RTL/netlist through post-silicon debug. You will also develop test scripts and automate processes using various programming languages.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in DFT architecture, implementation, and verification for SoCs.
• Experience in DFT flow, including architecture, IP integration, and interaction with synthesis and verification flows.
• Experience with industry-leading EDA tools for DFT, such as Synopsys or Siemens EDA.
• Verilog design experience, including developing custom DFT logic and IP integration.

• Lead implementation of DFT architectures, including scan insertion and memory BIST.
• Evaluate design readiness for scan insertion through RTL and physical design.
• Integrate and verify Design for Test fabrics and IP within Subsystems.
• Develop test scripts, automate processes, and analyze data using programming languages.
• Own ATPG tools and methodologies, including generating patterns for various fault models.
• Run and debug non-timing and SDF annotated gate level simulations.
• Analyze test results and drive test coverage improvement and closure.
• Support pre-silicon DFT signoff and assist with post-silicon pattern bring-up.
