• 15+ years of software engineering experience, with 6+ years in engineering leadership roles.
• Deep platform engineering background with experience in foundational backend platforms at scale.
• Experience at the intersection of financial services, trading, or brokerage is a strong plus.
• A track record of driving platform modernization initiatives that delivered measurable business outcomes.
• Strong background with distributed systems, backend services at scale, and cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.

• Own the full engineering strategy and delivery for the Brokerage Platform.
• Lead and develop a large, distributed engineering organization of senior engineers and managers.
• Drive platform investments that have direct business impact and ensure they are executed effectively.
• Partner with TPM counterparts to manage incoming requests from various product teams.
• Ensure the reliability and operational health of systems running critical market functions.
• Engage with cross-functional leadership to represent the Brokerage Platform's roadmap and capabilities.
• Champion platform modernization and technical debt reduction initiatives.
