• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience designing, building, and operating production systems across the full stack.
• Proficiency with modern frontend technologies and frameworks such as React and TypeScript.
• Strong experience building scalable distributed services in languages such as Go or Python.
• Proven track record of taking complex features from ambiguity through technical design to production validation.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, gRPC, and microservice integration patterns.
• Clear and structured communication skills to articulate trade-offs and drive technical consensus.

• Develop and maintain high-quality frontend interfaces and scale robust backend services.
• Own the technical delivery of critical international capabilities, including localized onboarding and multi-currency funding.
• Build and optimize high-leverage growth mechanisms and user acquisition pipelines.
• Architect modular, scalable frameworks and internationalization services for future jurisdiction expansion.
• Ensure backend services and localized products are built for high availability and fault tolerance.
