• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in backend development using languages such as Go, Python, or Java.
• Strong mastery of system design, distributed data modeling, and scalability tradeoffs.
• Experience with correctness-critical systems, including financial reconciliation and ledger consistency.
• Demonstrated technical leadership experience in driving alignment and mentoring engineers.
• Strong interest or hands-on experience with blockchain fundamentals and decentralized infrastructure.

• Architect, build, and operate resilient, highly scalable distributed systems and backend services.
• Drive the architectural strategy and technical execution bridging traditional financial infrastructure with on-chain systems.
• Provide technical leadership on large-scope engineering initiatives and break down complex efforts into clear milestones.
• Partner closely with Product, Compliance, Security, and cross-functional leadership to define technical roadmaps.
• Champion engineering excellence by mentoring engineers and leading design and code reviews.
