• A genuine point of view on AI in the security domain and its implications.
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure security, telemetry, and observability tooling.
• Exceptional technical communication skills, capable of influencing at the executive level.
• Security certifications such as OSCP, GREM, or equivalent are a plus.

• Serve as the Security Operations AI Tech Lead for Robinhood's offensive and defensive security functions.
• Lead offensive security research to proactively identify and close critical attack surfaces.
• Architect and build next-generation defensive capabilities that engage and track sophisticated threat actors.
• Drive Robinhood's AI-forward security strategy as a core architectural component.
• Identify emerging threat actor motivations and attack patterns, translating intelligence into proactive defenses.
• Set technical standards and mentor security engineers within Security Operations.
