The role involves close collaboration with various teams including design, product, and reliability to ensure high-performance power solutions. The successful candidate will engage in silicon characterization and performance evaluation while addressing technical challenges. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to process optimization and technology benchmarking.

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of ASIC design experience, or a Master's degree with 1+ year of experience, or a PhD in a related field.
• Experience with BCDMOS, HV CMOS, Smart Power, or related power technologies.
• Strong knowledge of active and passive device design and characterization.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and collaborative environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

• Support PMIC technology development and product qualification.
• Perform silicon characterization, data analysis, and performance evaluation.
• Investigate reliability, yield, and failure analysis issues.
• Collaborate with design, product, test, and reliability teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Contribute to process optimization, technology benchmarking, and silicon validation.
