As a Qualcomm Application Processor/Modem Chipset Engineer, you will lead the development of state-of-the-art chipsets from concept to commercialization. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of hardware, software, and documentation for customer devices. You will leverage your expertise in semiconductor product development and technical leadership to influence chipset performance and functionality. The position requires strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage complex projects within a large organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 10+ years of relevant work experience, or a Master's degree with 9+ years, or a PhD with 8+ years.
• 10+ years of experience in one or more areas of semiconductor product development.
• 5+ years in a technical leadership role.

• Leverage expert knowledge of Application Processor/Modem chipsets to influence and oversee chipset development.
• Oversee the resolution of all engineering issues on the chipset across subsystems and components.
• Outline schedules, costs, requirements, and KPIs from concept to commercialization.
• Influence the development of new methodologies for verification of KPIs across the chipset.
• Set guidelines for writing detailed technical documentation and feature descriptions.
