As a Qualcomm Datacenter AI Systems Engineer, you will research, develop, optimize, and validate software and hardware solutions for cutting-edge AI datacenter technology. This role involves collaborating with various teams to meet system-level requirements and standards while innovating best-in-class AI inference accelerators. You will also focus on developing AI/ML solutions that integrate Qualcomm's hardware and software technologies. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Engineering experience, or a Master's degree with 1+ year of experience, or a PhD in a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Deep understanding of ML development, deployment, and applications.
• Experience with system performance profiling and parallel computing.

• Develop AI/ML solutions that integrate Qualcomm AI hardware products and technologies.
• Assist in the design, development, implementation, and deployment of Gen AI and LLM applications.
• Contribute to implementing fine tuning and distillation techniques.
• Perform AI model benchmarking and functional analysis to drive requirements and specifications.
• Propose deployment strategies with AI model/workload optimization.
• Collaborate with teams to complete project work, including implementing and testing features.
