Qualcomm is seeking a motivated engineer to join their Graphics Post-silicon team, focusing on the validation of GPU semiconductor chips. The role involves working on system-level platforms and ensuring successful commercialization through functional verification. The candidate will collaborate with various teams to debug and provide solutions for functional failures in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in silicon validation and a strong background in programming and debugging.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years, or a PhD with 2+ years.
• Excellent C/C++ programming skills.
• Excellent Perl/Python scripting skills.
• Knowledge in ARM CPU architecture and AHB/AXI bus protocols.
• Knowledge in GPU architecture.
• Knowledge in VLSI Design and Test Methodologies.
• Experience with lab equipment such as logic analyzers and oscilloscopes.
• Experience with the Lauterbach Trace32 debug platform.
• Familiarity with ARM Coresight IP.
• Familiarity with DFT/DFD.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and understand deadline requirements.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

• Involved in all phases of silicon validation to ensure successful commercialization of GPUs.
• Responsible for functional verification of GPUs and high-volume test screen solutions.
• Conduct power and performance correlations.
• Collaborate with production test teams, designers, DV, SW, and customer engineers.
• Solve technical challenges to enable advanced, high-performance, and power-efficient GPUs.
