The ideal candidate will work on building enterprise-grade AI solutions that can reason, plan, and execute tasks autonomously. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with popular LLM frameworks such as Langchain, LlamaIndex, and Transformers.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and chain-of-thought techniques.
• Experience with containerization and microservices architecture.
• Background in Reinforcement Learning.

• Design and implement Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, tool usage, and multi-step execution.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Hybrid AI, and knowledge-grounded architectures.
• Develop self-improving AI agents leveraging feedback loops and continuous learning frameworks.
• Research and apply LLM post-training techniques to improve model performance for enterprise use cases.
• Create robust evaluation and safety frameworks for measuring agent quality and business impact.
