The Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) at Databricks plays a crucial role in empowering customers to solve complex data problems using the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. This hybrid role combines technical expertise and commercial acumen to drive growth and ensure customer success. The DSA will work closely with sales and field engineering teams to enhance platform adoption and maximize customer value. Reporting to a DSA Manager, the DSA will lead technical strategies and account management for key customers.

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery within the domain of Data and AI.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
• Understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand the use case demand plan for prioritized customers.
• Lead the post-technical win technical account strategy and execution plan for Databricks use cases.
• Serve as the accountable technical leader for specific use cases and customers across multiple teams.
• Be the first contact for technical issues or questions related to production status of use cases.
• Create and execute a plan to accelerate key use cases into production, coordinating with Professional Services.
