• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics
• Licensed attorney, CPA, EA, or certified member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional services or tax services organization
• Strong attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient using Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with financial and tax applications such as Gosystems, Onesource TP, and Corp Tax

• Work independently to identify problem areas and ensure tax returns and projects are completed accurately and on time.
• Oversee tax processes by coordinating day-to-day interactions with the team and reviewing engagement work products.
• Lead the preparation and review of complex tax and accounting regulatory compliance with limited supervision.
• Perform research and analysis on tax-related issues and keep knowledge up to date with new tax developments.
• Manage client relationships by ensuring data quality and resolving issues.
• Support the acquisition of new clients through participation in business pursuit calls and presentations.
