• Experience in business valuation, corporate finance, or financial advisory within the financial services sector.

• Act as a corporate finance and valuation specialist, working on business valuations, strategic initiatives, and M&A.
• Deliver analyses and recommendations from inception through completion, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with client management and internal audit teams to support financial reporting and transaction analysis.
• Provide business valuations for M&A, financial reporting, tax purposes, and strategic advisory.
