The Senior Manager in SAP Plant Maintenance at EY will lead large-scale transformation programs focused on enhancing enterprise asset management and maintenance operations through SAP S/4HANA. • A bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Typically, 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) and Asset Management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• S/4HANA Asset Management implementation experience.
• Experience leading global or multi-site deployments.
• Executive stakeholder management experience.
• Business development and pursuit support experience.
• Familiarity with technology business architecture frameworks.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs.

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, providing thought leadership on maintenance and asset management operating models.
• Manage engagement delivery, financial performance, resource planning, quality, and risk management across complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design decisions that balance business requirements and technology capabilities.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand EY services.
• Mentor and develop consultants and managers, fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Stay current on emerging SAP Asset Management capabilities.
