The Business Consulting - Finance - GBS - Manager role at EY focuses on helping clients design and implement advanced operating models that integrate digital capabilities and enhance performance. The position involves managing multi-process transformation programs and collaborating with global clients across various sectors. The manager will lead diverse teams, ensuring quality and client engagement while contributing to the development of methodologies and tools. This is a full-time position based in Chicago, requiring significant travel to meet client needs.

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in professional services/industry.
• Must have 4 years of experience in providing advisory services in the finance function focused on finance operating model design, performance management, shared services design and implementations, and/or outsourcing advisory.
• Must have 4 years of combined experience supporting or managing Finance Transformation and/or ERP related initiatives.
• Must have 4 years of experience leading finance teams, finance workstream delivery and managing finance professionals on GBS projects.
• Must have 3 years of experience managing multi-process transformation programs leveraging automation, analytics, and workflow technologies.

• Help clients design and implement next generation operating models that integrate digital capabilities and drive sustainable performance.
• Manage day-to-day project execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and client engagement.
• Contribute to the development of end state GBS operating models across key functions.
• Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds.
