The Senior Consultant role in People Consulting focuses on UKG Workforce Management solutions, where you will leverage your expertise to enhance the UKG practice. You will work closely with clients to ensure they maximize the value of their workforce management investments. The position involves understanding client needs and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget. This role is part of a team dedicated to transforming businesses through effective workforce management strategies.

• 2-5 years of experience with the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Timekeeping module.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Demonstrated ability in supporting client projects related to Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Forecasting, and Labor Scheduling.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work in a balanced hybrid environment.

• Serve as a key resource on large-scale WFM projects, primarily UKG WFM.
• Deliver quality client service and work products while balancing multiple priorities.
• Support workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades.
• Contribute to implementation services pre-sales and sales strategies.
• Assist in facilitating working sessions for internal and client teams.
• Help create functional and technical design documents, test plans, and user training documents.
• Analyze data and assist in summarizing and presenting findings.
• Participate in full life cycle activities including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Build, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, Migration, and Postproduction Support.
