The Senior Manager role at EY focuses on consulting and implementing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions for clients. • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field and 8 years of work experience.
• Must have 7 years of ServiceNow implementation experience with HR Service Delivery.
• Must have 7 years of ServiceNow consulting experience to external clients at a professional services firm.
• Must have 5 years of experience leading and coaching teams of ServiceNow consulting professionals.
• Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international.

• Assist clients by providing insights and recommendations on how ServiceNow aligns with specific business objectives.
• Manage client engagements involving EY’s People Advisory Services and ServiceNow teams.
• Lead teams that conduct thorough analysis of client's existing processes and systems.
• Oversee the creation of training material for training end users on how to utilize ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.
• Generate and manage new business opportunities.
