• Bachelor's degree is required, while a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Lead.
• 2-4 years of experience in implementing Oracle Cloud.
• Experience implementing Payroll in city/state/local government or K12 education sectors is ideal.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extract, HDL, and PBL is preferred.

• Consult on best practices regarding Oracle Cloud Payroll policies.
• Act as the Oracle Cloud Payroll Subject Matter Expert to understand business requirements.
• Create and update test scripts needed for functional testing.
• Coordinate efforts between other module resources to implement the best solution for clients.
• Assist with continuous process improvement and provide insights into best practices.
