  • Experience in building scalable automation frameworks and automated test infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute across multiple phases of silicon development, platform validation, and product enablement for Windows-based devices.
  • Design, develop, and validate software solutions that support silicon bring-up, platform enablement, and feature readiness across emerging hardware platforms.
  • Prototype and evaluate new hardware and software capabilities, investigate system behaviors, and drive root-cause analysis for complex issues.
  • Develop and maintain automated validation frameworks, regression test suites, and supporting infrastructure to improve test coverage, scalability, and execution efficiency.
  • Analyze performance, reliability, and compatibility issues across the platform stack and partner with engineering teams to drive resolution.
  • Debug and enhance device drivers, platform software, and supporting system components to ensure robust functionality and product quality.
  • Collaborate with architects, hardware engineers, firmware developers, operating system teams, and external silicon partners to define requirements and refine solutions.
  • Contribute to the design of maintainable, modular, and reusable software components with an emphasis on quality and long-term supportability.
  • Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and validation reviews to improve engineering excellence and product outcomes.
  • Work effectively in an Agile development environment, contributing to planning, implementation, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
