The Senior Technical Consultant for Identity & Access Management at IBM will focus on enhancing and supporting clients' Saviynt EIC environments during their transition from legacy IAM platforms. This role involves collaboration with various teams, including security and infrastructure, to deliver a secure and efficient identity governance program. The consultant will leverage their expertise in Saviynt to improve identity lifecycle processes and governance capabilities. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA, preferably Saviynt EIC.
• 8+ years of overall experience in Identity & Access Management.
• Strong knowledge of Saviynt workflows, roles, access certifications, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration technologies.

• Serve as a Saviynt subject matter expert, troubleshooting platform and integration issues.
• Lead application onboarding using Saviynt connectors and custom integrations.
• Improve identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver workflows and automated provisioning.
• Enhance access governance capabilities such as certifications, role management, and reporting.
• Collaborate with architects, security teams, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
