• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.

• Leverage AI across the SDLC and lead high-quality coding practices.
• Use telemetry, debugging, and root cause analysis to proactively prevent issues and improve system health.
• Own or review complex system design and architecture, balancing performance, scalability, cost, and trade-offs.
• Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and compliance standards while driving automation and safe deployments.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end solutions and continuously improve systems and processes.
