The role is part of the Entra Admin Management UX team within the IAM organization at Microsoft. This team focuses on creating a secure and intelligent admin center that enhances organizational compliance and security for Entra customers. The primary goal is to build and maintain the Entra Admin Center, which serves as a unified interface for managing identities and access. The team is also driving an AI-first experience across various platforms to improve user interactions and streamline workflows.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Rust, or Python, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
• 1+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in relevant programming languages is preferred.
• Experience designing, coding, and troubleshooting cloud-based software.
• Proficient in backend technologies and cloud-based architectures.

• Build the Entra Admin Center, the primary platform for identity and access administration.
• Create secure, intuitive, and AI-powered admin experiences for enterprise customers.
• Lead frontend engineering standards and shared UX libraries across Entra.
• Build and operate scalable, secure, and accessible cloud services and user experiences.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, designers, and product managers to deliver customer value.
