The Senior Technical Consultant for Identity & Access Management - IGA Saviynt will play a crucial role in enhancing a client's Saviynt EIC environment as they transition from a legacy IAM platform. This position involves collaborating closely with security, infrastructure, application, and identity teams to deliver a secure and efficient identity governance program. The consultant will serve as a subject matter expert, focusing on application onboarding, governance improvements, and overall IAM maturity. The role emphasizes innovation and continuous improvement within the IAM space.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA, preferably Saviynt EIC.
• 8+ years of overall experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Strong knowledge of Saviynt workflows, roles, access certifications, SoD, analytics, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration technologies.

• Serve as a Saviynt subject matter expert, troubleshooting platform and integration issues.
• Lead application onboarding using Saviynt connectors and custom integrations.
• Improve identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver workflows and automated provisioning.
• Enhance access governance capabilities such as certifications, role management, SoD controls, and reporting.
• Support platform upgrades, feature enhancements, and adoption of IAM best practices.
