The Senior Technical Architect for Identity & Access Management at IBM Consulting will lead the design and delivery of large-scale IAM programs for enterprise clients. This hands-on role focuses on Saviynt, requiring a blend of solution architecture, delivery leadership, and client advisory skills. The architect will work closely with executive stakeholders and global delivery teams to shape IAM strategies across various domains. This position emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and the development of best practices in IAM transformations.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), including solution architecture and delivery leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt and large-scale IAM transformation programs.
• Experience designing IAM solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Knowledge of IAM technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID and CyberArk.

• Architect enterprise IAM solutions across Saviynt IGA, PAM, CIEM, and related platforms.
• Lead end-to-end IAM implementations, from strategy and design through deployment and operational handoff.
• Act as the primary technical advisor and trusted partner for client executives and security leaders.
• Guide global delivery teams and ensure high-quality project execution.
• Support business development activities, including solution design, proposals, and client presentations.
