• Bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree preferred.
• 12+ years of program/project management experience, including 5+ years leading complex technology transformation programs.
• Experience with AI/ML and GenAI solutions from pilot to production.
• Strong understanding of modern data architecture and governance.
• Proficiency in Agile and traditional delivery methods.
