  • 8+ years of relevant industry experience, including 3+ years of software engineering management experience.
  • Strong understanding of computer architecture, operating system fundamentals, and hardware-software interactions.
  • Background in graphics drivers, graphics runtimes, or GPU system software.
  • Strong C/C++ programming skills and the ability to guide debugging and design reviews.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop engineers and manage multiple projects.
  • Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Clear communication and effective collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team responsible for graphics driver development and enablement on new GPU architectures.
  • Guide the design, implementation, optimization, and validation of driver features.
  • Partner with various engineering teams to define requirements and resolve dependencies.
  • Drive investigation and resolution of complex correctness, performance, and stability issues.
  • Set technical priorities and execution plans balancing hardware enablement and feature development.
  • Advance engineering practices through automated validation and AI-assisted development.

Benefits

  • Employees at NVIDIA are often offered comprehensive, day-one benefits—including medical, dental, and vision coverage with HSA support, life and disability insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) with auto-enrollment. Many roles also have generous time off and holidays, donation matching (up to $10,000), and a wide menu of extras like FSAs, commuter benefits, legal and identity-theft protection, pet insurance, and wellness discounts. Optional programs can include student-loan and home-purchase support, plus family care resources and expert medical services.
